The Dow Jones Industrial Average is down 201 points at midday, looking to snap a four-day win streak. The S&P 500 Index and Nasdaq Composite are firmly lower as well.

Atlas Energy raised $324 million this week in an initial public offering, making it the second-biggest IPO on a U.S. exchange this year following Nextracker's debut last month at $734 million.
