As the Global Head of AI in the SDV Hub at CARIAD, I lead our initiatives in advancing AI/GenAI architectures and development, ensuring our position at the forefront of automotive technology. We integrate cutting-edge AI into our vehicles to enhance safety, improve performance, and deliver exceptional experiences for drivers and passengers. By evolving software-defined vehicles with advanced AI capabilities, we are setting new industry standards. Our focus is on driving AI advancements that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration across hardware, software, and user experience teams, and implementing AI technologies that delight our customers with unique, differentiating features. Our work ensures that the next generation of vehicles will be safer, more efficient, and more enjoyable to drive, leveraging the latest technologies to achieve these goals. I have over 20 years of experience in software, data science and AI, with more than $60M in positive business impacts at Microsoft, IBM Watson, JP Morgan, PwC and other companies. I have been named "Women in IT Award" by Information Age and HSBC's "Women on the Rise in Fintech". I am passionate about AI and technology, and how they can deliver value and transform industries. I am also an entrepreneurial and innovative thinker, having co-founded a venture-backed AI startup and led two AI startups that were successfully acquired, won multiple innovation competitions and grants, and advised several leading fintech and VC firms. I hold a PhD in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence from MIT, an MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford. I am also an active member of the IEEE AI Academy and the Organizing Committee for IEEE.
