William Bijesse is an accomplished business leader with the rare combination of investment and business growth success. He brings a unique and powerful global network that includes many of the wealthiest families in the world and the leaders of major global financial institutions. He is a proud graduate of the United States Military Academy and Harvard Business School where he served as a Cadet Company and Section Honor Representative and as an Honor Board President at West Point. After his military service Mr. Bijesse's investment career began in Private Wealth Management at Goldman Sachs and developed by working closely with senior leaders to build the family office practice at Cambridge Associates LLC prior to his Chief Investment Officer career. He has served as a trusted advisor for over 25+ years advising families and family office leaders on missions ranging from asset allocation, alternative portfolios, direct investments, family governance, reporting systems, and the creation of their family office. Mr. Bijesse works closely with RSM's global team to build and strengthen strategic relationships with the world’s leading financial institutions and family offices. He serves as a trusted advisor to families pre and post liquidity events to provide guidance, a framework, and thoughtful introductions to wealth management groups and key advisors to build their team of trusted advisors.
