Robert Laborde, currently serves at Vice President of Continental Drilling & Service, Inc. Robert graduated from Louisiana Tech University in the spring of 1980 with a BS in Professional Aviation with a Commercial Pilots License and a minor in Finance. He began working for the company immediately thereafter. Robert heads up the estimating department and is responsible for all bids and estimates on projects. Robert also has knowledge in geo-physical, down hole, electric logging operations and performs those services for Continental Drilling & Service, as well as for other drilling contractors from time to time. Civic Work Includes: Board of Directors at Oakwood Home for Women, Past Master of Joppa Lodge #362, F&AM, 32 Degree Scottish Rite Mason, Past Potentate of El Karubah Shriners (2006), Past Master Knights Templar, Member Royal Order of Jesters, Member of the Royal Order of Scotland, Member of the Iowa Corporation of Shriners International. Member of St. Marks Church in Shreveport, LA. Hobbies include: Taking long motorcycle trips with friends, cross country RV’ing with family, competitive trapshooting and flying anything.
