I am the Head of Data for Morningstar Sustainalytics. Before, as the Director of Data Operations for PitchBook Data, I launched and led the team that built private market research operations that scaled from zero to 400 in four years. Before this, as the Director of Morningstar Indexes, I started and managed the team that comprised New Product Development, Index Maintenance, Data Management, and Technology for a suite of index products. In my previous role, I was with MSCI’s New Product Development team building investment strategies with tools such as Barra Portfolio Optimizer and multifactor risk models. At American Express, I worked with their quantitative credit risk management teams, developing predictive risk models with machine learning techniques. I have a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a master’s degree in Business Economics.
