A highly accomplished financial expert with an extensive career spanning over four decades. I currently serves as the esteemed voice of Bloomberg's Macro Squawk in the Americas, providing insightful commentary and analysis on global financial markets. My expertise transcends my role at Bloomberg, as a multi-talented multimedia journalist and frequent guest on Bloomberg television, as well as a fill-in co-host for Bloomberg Business Week on radio. Additionally, I have authored numerous columns, showcasing my profound knowledge and perspectives on various financial topics. Prior to joining Bloomberg, I held the prestigious position of FX strategist for Dow Jones FX Trader and was a columnist for the renowned Wall Street Journal. Notably, I co-invented and patented the WSJ Dollar Index, a unique metric that sets itself apart from other existing dollar indices, such as the ICE U.S. Dollar Index, Dow Jones FXCM Dollar Index, and FTSE Curex USD/G8 Index.
