A business transformation engineer with experience in business and data analysis, user and customer experience research, and project management, my strengths are in analyzing a situation, defining the processes and data, uncovering the pain points and recommending solutions. I excel at analyzing how people perform their work, how to improve the quality of their work, as well as the efficiency of effort. Working with both an organization’s customers as well as their internal stakeholders, my record of streamlining processes, increasing ease of use and improving revenue has been successful.
I am an Anthropologist. I use the study of humankind as a lens in all I do. All my work is human-centered. The questions that I ask to accomplish transformation always include the humans: What do the people want to do? What do they need? How can we make the system, process, business easier, more pleasant, more effective for the people that interact with it? Success is bringing the technology, data, and process seamlessly together with the humans.
