As an Executive Vice President at State Street Global Advisors and Head of Americas Distribution for SPDR ETFs, I am responsible for leading the SPDR ETF distribution strategy across all client channels. Before joining SSGA in 2018, I was President and CEO of my own consulting firm, Thompson Peak Advisory, where I advised some of the world’s largest investment managers on their growth and distribution strategies. Prior to that I worked for Blackrock for eight years where I was responsible for growing the iShares franchise among the intermediary and institutional asset manager channels. And before that I held a number of positions at Vanguard, which culminated in a senior role in helping to develop its ETF Business.
