Steven has been involved in the Investment Management & Advisory business for more than 30-years. He started his career performing Equity Sell-Side research, in the process becoming the youngest publishing Analyst in his Firm’s history. His published stock recommendations generated the highest returns in his Sector for the calendar years 1988-1989. Beginning in the early 1990's, he functioned as a multi-disciplinary portfolio manager serving a clientele that has included billion-dollar financial institutions, high profile members of the Hollywood creative community, and a number of the world's greatest athletes.
Recognizing a business opportunity after the market dislocations of 2008, Steven launched his own Investment Advisory consulting firm which catered to Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and Emerging Hedge Fund managers. His firm was one of the original ETF Strategists and successfully navigated the markets through numerous bouts of market turmoil. After successfully selling his Firm after almost a decade of industry leading performance, Steven has most recently focused on working with Family Offices, OCIOs, RIAs, Hedge Funds, and other Institutional Investors to integrate Interactive Brokers' award winning Global trading platform..
Steven graduated from the University of Florida, majoring in Finance. He earned his MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. Steven also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation (CFA).
Interactive Brokers (IBKR) offers its no-cost Technology Platform to provide best-in-class trade execution capabilities and direct Global Market access to both Institutional and Individual Investors world-wide.
IBKR competes intensely on price, value, and innovation. IBKR does not trade for its own account, nor does it compete with its RIA/Hedge Fund/Investor clientele.
