With over 10 years of experience as a certified HR professional and leadership coach, I am passionate about helping organizations and individuals achieve their full potential. I have successfully worked across multiple industries, such as aerospace, manufacturing, R&D, healthcare, and now in food. I help deliver impactful results in talent acquisition, organizational development, training, coaching, and diversity and inclusion. Currently, I am a Senior Human Resource Generalist at Bakery on Main (BOM), where I support both our salary and hourly employees.
