I'm a small part of a revolution where investing ceases to be primarily open to the wealthy but instead is available to everyday investors nationwide. As CEO at Q.ai, I lead our brilliant and dynamic team and am responsible for all aspects of the company’s leadership efforts including company vision, growth, and enhancing customer engagement throughout the product experience on the Q.ai App.
Change does not happen overnight. It takes patience and persistence to make a difference. As a leader, this means asking tough questions, pushing beyond limiting beliefs, and exploring new opportunities. I believe when you build a strong foundation, articulate your vision clearly so your team knows where you’re going, you can achieve results far beyond even your own expectations.
On a personal note, one thing I am especially proud of is being recently called one of the Top 100 in Tech from Johns Hopkins University for 2021.
The silver lining of the pandemic has been spending a lot more time with my wife Maria, and our two energetic kids, Stephanos and Sofia, that balance has made me a better person.
