As the Founder of Maximize Sales Revenue, an organization that helps B2B tech companies seeking to turnaround or scale their revenue trajectory, I’m in love with the art and science of selling. I adore being able to help people and organizations move into a better position.
I have close to 20 years experience in sales. I started in B2C before moving into B2B and progressively working more complex, consultative enterprise deals with the Fortune 500, employing sales methodologies and tools such as Sandler, MEDDIC, value-based selling, and competitive positioning.
At the request of various members of leadership, I started workshops for regional and national sales teams.
This was following my successes as an individual contributer: I've produced $1.5M-$2.8M against $1.2M-$1.4M quotas. I've been recognized with an award for consistently bringing in new business. I've ranked #2 nationally and #1 regionally. I was promoted from AE for the Americas to Global AE not long after hitting quota by 500% in one period.
This was against the backdrop of a market that was growing at low single digits CAGR and in one scenario I was coming in after the company had removed 3 reps in under 2 years for underperformance; In other words, I wasn’t riding the wave of someone else’s success or the market thriving as a whole; It was me.
As a sales consultant, I’ve helped a 15 person startup land meetings with the CMO of PepsiCo by elevating the conversation beyond product features to business-level objectives; I helped another company generate $970k in net-new pipeline in little over 30 days, and I've worked with other companies around competitive SEO and content marketing.
I’ve also served as an executive board member and the Marketing Chair for the local chapter of SCORE in combination with the Small Business Administration at the request and insistence of the National Marketing Chair for SCORE.
I love getting my hands dirty and helping to supply others with the tools that will take their careers and businesses to the next level, so they can have more enjoyment inside and outside of work.
