I am the founder and CEO of Behaviour Lab. At Behaviour Lab we use analytics and behaviour science to drive performance by working with asset managers, private equity firms, insurance companies and executive boards to identify where decision making is negatively impacted by unconscious bias. Prior to founding Behaviour Lab I was an expert at McKinsey & Company focusing on behavioural insights and "Science of Change" work.
