Originally coming from a small Siberian city in Russia, he graduated with honors in Econometrics & Economics from Moscow State University. After he earned his Masters Degree in Quantitative Finance from Rutgers University, Vlad worked at Russell Investments in New York, where he was part of the 9-member Multi-Asset Solutions team that managed $58 billion in pension funds.
