He serves as Chief Restructuring Officer or Responsible Party for debtors (or their creditors) and leads engagements as Financial Advisor for Unsecured Creditors Committees or major creditors and trustees. Seth frequently works on very large and complex Ponzi scheme, fraud and tax-related cases such as DC Solar (In re Double Jump, Inc.), Easterday Ranches and Catholic Institution chapter 11 cases. He has broad real estate experience including development, construction, financing, workouts and distressed assets.
