Scott Lunine is a Partner/Executive Vice President and also served on the company's Board of Directors. Scott leads Partners’ multifamily and retail divisions. He is an expert in the disposition of commercial real estate assets for banks, private clients, syndicators and institutional investors. He previously served roles as both National Director of Multifamily and National Director of Retail Investments.
Scott joined Partners from Marcus & Millichap, where he led the Southeast Florida division. During his tenure he doubled the size of the division and more than tripled EBITDA. Prior to that role he spent six years as Managing Principal of the Southern California division for Waddell & Reed, a publicly traded, full service financial services company specializing in comprehensive financial planning. While at Waddell & Reed he took his division from number 96 to top 10 in just four years.
Scott is a nationally recognized keynote speaker and has conducted numerous presentations for institutions such as Bisnow, CREW, NAIOP, University of Alabama School of Business, UCLA Anderson School of Business, Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business, International Investor Conference Group, Colliers, NAI Global, CBRE, ICSC, BIA, SVN , CCIM and others. In addition, Scott has served on the Board of Directors of multiple companies and the Real Estate Advisory Board of Florida International University.
Scott is a three-time honoree as one of the South Florida Business Journal’s Power Leaders (2018, 2019, 2020). He has trained, coached and mentored over 3,000 commercial real estate agents, brokers and investors and successfully closed over $4 billion of commercial real estate properties in 24 states.
