Scott Ford launched his first start-up in middle school, performing magic tricks at restaurants and birthday parties. Like all entrepreneurs, he found a passion and turned it into a business. During his early career in the insurance industry, Scott watched the small business owners and others he served struggling to navigate their business and personal finances. He realized that these customers, many of whom had become friends, needed a reliable financial roadmap, especially as their assets grew in size and complexity. So began his career in wealth management and his quest to develop a process that would give all his clients the financial freedom to build on their strengths, nurture their relationships and find personal fulfillment. Over decades of development and refinement, this process became The Way2Wealth®.
