Business Development work at one of the most innovative FinTech in the mutual fund transaction intermediation space; helped setup industry wide metrics to measure customer satisfaction in the mutual fund industry. Business Head running P&L as Vertical Head at State Street Syntel for their Global TA operations out of Mumbai with over five hundred FTEs operating in the North American, European, and UK markets. Investment Management both on Equity Research and Fund Management as Senior Manager with BOI AMC. Later on managed the SMA (or PMS) business during my stint with Motilal Oswal. Hands on experience in the ETF business, been instrumental in setting up Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund and the popular NASDAQ 100 ETF Deep experience in mutual fund operations having worked with the likes of HDFC Mutual Fund, Tata Mutual Fund, Prudential ICICI Mutual Fund Most importantly, attempted entrepreneur in the Travel industry, had started a franchise with Thomas Cook, which was closed as the cash burn did not slow down. The experience now helps a lot while talking to startups. Academically, studied Science until 12th, then studied Economics and English Litt,as part of BA (Hons) before landing up at IIM Banglore where attempted to learn management.
