I wouldn't say Toyota is a good example. The company is currently embroiled in a major cheating scandal.  Not exactly seting a good standard for the industry.

So if you are travelliing wth a spouse or friend, or even a child, you would have to board separately?  That doesn't seem to make much sense.

I agree. I used to like his articles but they've become too extremist and offensive in my opinion.  It's like he's lost all sense of reality.  I think his family should have an intervention for him.  I'd recommend Jim Boswell instead.  He has an interesting blog section and a more hopeful view of the future where everyone he disagrees with isn't labeled a "Nazi."
