As well as ESG/ sustainable products • My CFA and CAIA covered traditional and alternative investments • My RFP writing and database management experience has included: - Populating the RFP database with new asset classes/ funds and maintaining content on existing products as the dedicated specialist for private assets, with sign off from the investment teams - Producing RFPs/ RFIs/ DDQs/ INREVs to a high standard to meet client deadlines - Stakeholder management working closely with colleagues in investment, sales, ESG and legal and compliance - Working closely with other RFP teams across the global business to ensure consistency of the high quality client responses and working to tight deadlines - Covering both active and passives, as well as bespoke segregated mandates - Being responsive to stakeholder or client queries by providing a timely and insightful response - Ensuring continuous improvement of team processes and use of resources, with responsibility for maintenance and auditing of existing RFP content - Contributing to the continual population and development of the RFP database, improving answers on an ongoing basis - Experience of writing content for a range of clients, including retail and institutional - Highly proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
