24 year Mortgage Pro, responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a successful team of mortgage experts. I help build and maintain industry and community relationships to increase company identity and brand awareness. With knowledge in all aspects of residential financing, including FHA, VA, Conventional, Renovation and Construction, I maintain a strong ability to solve problems effectively through analysis and research. By making decisive and accurate decisions, I’m able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities without sacrificing service levels or profitability. VISION My vision is to help our team grow their business efficiently and become leaders in their market faster than they otherwise would without my support. I do this by coaching others to learn more, do more and become more through utilizing our time and tools to expand our efforts and experience. I measure success by helping each member of our team hit their personal goals set out each year, and become the mortgage leaders in each of our select markets. PERSONAL I was born and raised in sunny Southern California, where I currently live with my wife and 2 kids.
