For the past 35 years, the most rewarding thing about creating beautiful makeup has been helping women to realize their full potential. For me, every face is a blank canvas with limitless possibilities that are waiting to be discovered. At the age of seven, I became obsessed with makeup and the undeniable magic that occurs when a few strategically placed colors are applied to a face. Throughout my teen years, I studied fashion magazines as if they were school books and practiced doing makeup looks on my friends and family. In 1988, a trip to Europe turned out to be the pinnacle of my career. For 2 1/2 years, I resided in Milan and Paris, cities that at that time, were at their height of creativity and inspiration in the fashion industry. It was there that I completely immersed myself in the culture and ultimately honed my skills to directly reflect the true essence of the women there. This “undone" sensibility was a game changer for me in terms of how I perceived beauty and, ever since, I’ve spent years refining my technique in ways that reflect this ideal. Skin that looks immaculate yet transparent, utilizing primarily creamy and luminous textures to "add light" to the face, and seamlessly applying color until the harsh edges disappear. These are just a few of my most effective and sought after application preferences. Work projects include fashion and beauty editorial photo shoots, cosmetic advertising, videos and commercials. Clients are high profile women such as celebrities, models, royalty, executives, public speakers, and others who need to maintain their impeccable image.
