I was a Senior Consultant at Global Markets Advisory Group LLC in 2019.
Previously, I worked at The Conference Board (TCB), as Director of Communications for 6 years and at Nomura Securities, where I was North American Head of Communications for 6 years.
At TCB, was promoted to serve on the Management Committee (MC) in 2013, marking the first time the head of communications served on the MC. Earned Media grew from 30 per month in 2013 to 50 in 2015. In 2016, we grew Earned Media by 34% year-over-year. I re-located to the West Coast in 2015, and established TCB's media coverage in the LA Times, the Orange County Register, Market Place LA, the Denver Business Journal and NPR in Phoenix.
At Nomura, I was responsible for all internal and external communications and served on the Board of the Nomura America Foundation. I drove the coordination of our media outreach on a global basis and was promoted to Executive Director in 2009.
I began my career in financial services at the NYSE in 1987. I joined Benjamin Jacobson & Sons, an NYSE specialist firm in 1995 and was promoted to partner in 1999, after growing the book of business from 62 listed companies in 1995 to 95 in 1999. In 2001, the Firm was acquired by Goldman Sachs.
