Thanks for viewing my profile. I have operated since 1980 in the investment industry as an analyst, strategic consultant, senior manager, advisor, venture capitalist and entrepreneur. This has given me experience and several vantage points in what makes oganisations succeed or fail. Since 1999, I specialised in impact investment and founded ClearlySo, Europe's leading impact investment bank which intermediated capital from investors to high-impact funds and enterprises. I still mentor and advise impact funds and enterprises, but left in late 2020 to focus on badly needed innovations in one realm that seemed immune from progress--politics! I have taken an MSc degree in Democracy and Comparative Politics at UCL in London, with a focus on democratic innovation. Since completing my studies, I have become active in several roles within this new and fast-growing sector, with UK organisations Delib and Demos, as well as Vision61 in Austria and others in continental Europe.less
