With over 35 years in the investment management industry, Dick Hoag has had a broad range of responsibilities to include the management, distribution, client service and business operations for major financial institutions. The evolution of his professional journey continued when he joined Corinthian Cove Consulting as a Partner in 2017 and now in 2022, joining RSR Partners as a Managing Director in the Asset Management Practice. For the prior 11 years, Dick Hoag was the Managing Partner and President of Landmark Global Advisors (and predecessor firm Liontrust International-London) as Group Head for the North American Institutional initiative. During his career at Sawgrass Asset Management, he had responsibility for the Corporate, Endowment and Foundation business. Previously, Dick was the Managing Director and Co-Head of Institutional Sales and Client Service at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (BlackRock 2007) having joined in 2001. Additionally, his international experience and responsibilities included a tenure as the Executive Vice President and Managing Director at London based Gartmore where he ran the U.S. Institutional business and was a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Mutual Fund Advisory Board. Educational accomplishments include a BA in Economics and Teaching Degree from Lawrence University. He is a past President and served on the Board of Directors of the Association of Investment Management Sales Executives (AIMSE), and he is a recipient of their prestigious Richard A.
