100% remote work due to Covid has revealed to many companies the inefficiencies of top down management with its outsized need for communications (meetings). They have also seen how remote work liberates employees to focus focus for long hours without the disruptions of multi tasking. Covid-19 online meetings though are less than liberating. Meetings are most effective when they are small, focused and short. The lower fidelity of online meetings has helped this realization to sink in. I can help realign your workforce to help your organization become more effective, responsive and a pleasure to work for.
A true Digital Transformation enables you to become the disrupter rather than the one standing on a burning platform. This requires true cultural change. Not a reorganization but true cultural change. But first new practices have to be understood, accepted and a normal part of business. Not a quick or easy road. Agile is a necessary part of a successful Digital Transformation but it is not the entire story. Proactive creative disruption does not naturally arise from Agile. Tuly Digital organizations set the platform on fire themselves so that others cannot jump on.
