Randy is a successful and highly experienced management professional with over 20 years of proven performance in the corporate, small business and non-profit sectors. His leadership roles in global banking, entrepreneurial start-ups, and social enterprise create a unique and diversified blend of management and development expertise and skills. Affiliations include: board appointment by the Governor of Georgia to the State Housing Trust Fund for the Homeless (Department of Community Affairs), SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management), Buckhead Toastmasters of Atlanta, the Thunderbird School of Global Management Alumni Association-Atlanta, the UGA Alumni Association-Atlanta, and a Partner in Hope with Atlanta Mission. Outside of Randy's professional-related activities, Randy has a wide variety of personal interests including being an avid golfer and member of Pinetree Country Club: personal financial consulting with individuals and community groups; volunteer activities with Habitat for Humanity/Atlanta Humane Society/various organizations serving the homeless; and an unending desire to finally see his Georgia Bulldogs in the BCS Championship.
