I am : • responsible of management of two hospitals quality activities , • Facilitate, implement and manage a quality assurance system for the Hospitals; audits and recommend performance of the Development against documented standards, policies and procedures and best practice. • Direct coordinate and evaluate Hospitals QI Program, • Monitor indicators and take corrective action to ensure that clinical programs and services continue to operate efficiently and effectively. • Support the development of clinical pathways and clinical practice guidelines through utilization data and analysis within the Hospitals • Coordinate with medical records and admissions to develop information capture requirements to support QI program. • Identify and communicate variations of care and participates in the development / review / revision of policies and procedures • Participate on assigned internal, and external committees; chair and/or lead discussion as requested; prepare status reports and/or develop recommendations on follow up action to be taken; implement approved recommendations for the assigned service. • Liaise with external accreditation bodies as required I have : - Proven experience in operating healthcare provision and achieved JCI ,CQC and CARF accreditation’s - Commitment to industry leading standards of quality - Strong commercial acumen and understanding of all the areas that combine to realise a sector leading, profitable operation - Strong working knowledge of the legislation and regulatory requirements appropriate to the sector and the role, including relevant health and safety requirements -strong troubleshooting experience and turn key operational management. Involvements in healthcare accreditation standards and patient involvement and advocacy. Engaged in medical and ethical law topic at academic level.less
