Peter Lindström is a sustainable investing specialist with extensive experience in Responsible Investment and Sustainable Investment. Based in Helsinki with 13+ years of international experience, currently working as Chief ESG Specialist at Danske Bank.
Previously he was the sustainable finance lead developing responsible and impact investing initiatives at Demos Helsinki, a leading Nordic Think Tank and consulting company and at Sustainalytics, a global leader in ESG and corporate governance research working with institutional investors to identify the best approach towards integrating sustainability insights into the investment process and aligning strategies and investment products for impact purposes.
Earlier in his career, he worked at Impact Investment Partners in London, working with transformational start-up and growth companies in the financial inclusion and healthcare sectors, and spent eight years at Thomson Reuters in various business management roles predominantly in the Investment Management side serving asset managers and banks.
Peter graduated with a M.Sc. in Economics at the Aalto University School of Business and a CEMS Masters in International Management in Helsinki, Finland. He is a CFA Charterholder and a board member of the CFA Society Finland.
Besides his passion to sustainable finance, Peter is also an avid movie fanatic and is a co-founder of the independent cinema Riviera, founded in the fall of 2016 in the neighborhood of Kallio in Helsinki, Finland.
