Mr. Spence has over 24 years of experience in the field of portfolio construction and risk management. Before joining SICM, Paul was Global Head of Risk and Portfolio Analytics at Deutsche Asset Management. He was also a Portfolio Manager for the global equity (developed and emerging markets) funds. During Paul's tenure he developed and successfully implemented innovative analyst measurement systems. He was responsible for the delivery of a global, integrated risk management platform.
