As principal and founder of RIA Growth, Paul puts his 20 years experience developing and managing two nationally recognized RIA firms to work helping his clients grow their own businesses and teams. Prior to starting his own consulting firms, Paul held tenures with two RIA firms, each of which grew exponentially under his management with the first growing its assets under management from $300 million to nearly $2 billion and the second from $200 million to about $450 million. Prior to these successes, Paul oversaw the growth of a multi-billion dollar client base of a Fortune 500 brokerage firm. He holds expertise in strategy development, recruiting, mergers, process implementation and sales management and understands the daily challenges of running a successful firm while focusing on growth. Paul graduated from the University of California, Irvine where he attended via a tennis scholarship from his native Australia.
