Hayato has diverse experience providing investment research and advisory services to a wide range of clients such as asset management firms, pension funds, and endowments, in both the U.S. and Japan. He has broad expertise in tailored portfolio solutions, strategic asset allocation, and risk management for multi-asset portfolios, including equities, fixed income, and alternatives. Hayato is passionate about sustainability & ESG issues, and along with the CFA designation, he has obtained the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing to deepen his knowledge and skills in the integration of sustainability matters into the investment management process.
