I'm writing to express how grateful I am for the wonderful service I received at the United Airlines Office in San Diego. The warmth, professionalism, and sincere concern with which I was welcomed from the time I walked through the door left a lasting effect on me.
I wanted to discuss the specifics in person rather than online because I had certain specific worries about a planned trip abroad. The office staff took the time to properly listen to my needs and were very accommodating. They carefully addressed all of my inquiries concerning baggage regulations, layovers, and travel paperwork, guided me through the entire booking process, and assisted me in choosing the best airline options.
