Nils has over fifteen years (15) executive management experience and during the last two decades his career has seen him worked in the European, Asian, and African markets. During this period, he has developed a very deep and rich network of business, governmental and civic leaders. He specialises in business strategy, business development, ESG, media relations, public and government affairs. His core skill is leadership, macro-economics, strategy execution, business development, strategic planning, sales and marketing, and general management. He has an exceptional knowledge of government regulations (both the Municipal Finance Management Act and the Public Finance Management Act), administrative law, accounting standards, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, risk management and sales and marketing experience.
