Currently leading on responsible investment across RBC GAM’s fixed income business, which includes the BlueBay fixed income investment platform. Also a strategist for the BlueBay Impact-Aligned Bond Fund which was launched on 4th May 2021, a public debt strategy investing thematically in sustainability solutions providers globally across the fixed income universe. RI role involves working as part of the RBC GAM Responsible Investment team to support efforts across the firm. Responsibilities span ESG integration, stewardship, as well as engaging investors, consultants and other key stakeholders to share and drive RI best practice. Long standing experience in the field of Sustainable & Responsible Investment (SRI), sustainability and corporate responsibility (CR). Over two decades working as a buy-side sustainability professional in the investment industry, active in integrating ESG factors into both equity and debt investment strategies for both the retail and institutional markets globally. Deep practical understanding of how sustainability relates to the commercial success and wider role of the corporate and financial sectors.
