Specialized in Business Law, registered barrister in Switzerland, with an extensive backgroung in international law firms, Saskia Kuehndl chose to develop a better understanding of the US perspective on Law together with the American legal system, and completed a Law Level Master in Comparative Law at the Unversity of Miami (graduation in May 2007). Saskia can easily work in six languages (German, English, French, Spanish, Italian and Czech) and has unique skills in managing multicultural issues in international environment. Originally trained in business law in Switzerland, she developed skills in managing international issues, with a comprehensive experience of living in international environment over the past 2 years (U.S.A., Europe and Latin America). Additionally, she co-created her own trust company in Zurich, Switzerland, for managing funds in international environment. Her last experience with a law firm was at the Miami's office of Richards & Associates, which she joined three years ago. Her responsibilities were on trusts & estates, international tax law, transactions (negotiation and writing) and foundations and associations. The experience of relating with people in several countries is a key component of her background. She has the skills to understand the different points of view and find the best compromise between several parts.
