As an experienced Professor of Finance, in my role as Head of Valuations at InteleK Business Valuations I lead a broad range of projects, with a focus on complex valuations of businesses/entities and financial instruments. These valuations are for a variety of purposes from complex tax planning (IRS), partner disputes, divorce, litigation support, to more basic valuations for single business internal/strategic planning. I oversee all our valuation analysts, including their training and mentoring. I believe that client education about our analysis and valuation fundamentals is as equally important as the final value itself.less
