With over 16 years of experience as a Senior Officer at the State Board of Administration (SBA) of Florida, I have developed a deep knowledge of global financial markets, pension management, and capital market regulations. I manage the corporate governance, proxy voting, and shareholder engagement programs of the Florida Retirement System (FRS) and other accounts, overseeing more than $200 billion in assets. I also lead the client service functions for individual trust funds, ensuring portfolio compliance, accounting, and performance reporting, as well as developing new client relationships. As the Corporate Secretary for special purpose corporations, I facilitate the financing of governmental environmental programs.
