As COO and Member of the Executive Committee for ESJ Capital Partners, his responsibilities includes managing the company’s day-to-day global operations (US HQ and Luxembourg Office), strategic planning as well as a Special Projects, Fundraising, HR, PR (Crisis Communication Management) IT innovation and Legal (compliance, litigation, structuring, contracts). Micha is also an enabler and helps departments heads reaching their goals. For the CEO, it means also to be the guardian of the company's "Culture", to ensure that from onboarding a new team member, to a new investor, the company's "Purpose, Vision and Mission" are aligned in all departments of the organisation. As Regional Director of The Chief of Staff Association, and based in Miami, Florida, Micha is the local point of contact for prospective, new and existing members. His responsibilities also include vetting prospective members, organising events, curating invitees list and selecting speakers and special guests, in close collaboration with the CSA Leadership.less
