Additional background and experience with investment operations, compliance, portfolio accounting, human resources, portfolio optimization, capital markets forecasting. A licensed CPA (MA) and PFS with experience in running all aspects of small businesses, including operations, web design and implementation, database systems, finance and administration. Has designed and developed investment optimization technology and implemented Salesforce CRM. Also responsible for the Treasury operations of a small set of institutions and non-profits. Mr. Pierce is Senior Advisor / Member of Kastel Capital Advisors, Wellesley, MA, a registered investment advisor. MR. Pierce ALSO founded and was President of Island Light Capital, an investment advisor and consulting organization (2011-2022). He was previously Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of New Frontier Advisors, LLC (1999 to 2010).
