My career summary juxtaposes highly developed sales and strategic consulting skills, with originating and executing many world-class, executive-level conferences including creating top advisory boards and collaborating with extraordinary business leaders and subject matter experts.
It was through experiencing conferences in many, many industries that It became obvious to me how essential it is for leaders and managers to be adept with people, to cultivate soft skills, and use their emotional intelligence to achieve better business results for their organizations. In fact, I have seen seemingly intractable business challenges dissipate and even vanish when there is attention to this.
MY NEW FOCUS
Much of my current work has been guiding the development / introducing the JOBWRITER Platform as a Principal and Partner. This software lets recruiters create new content in the writing of job posts that enhance their appeal to ideal candidates. It does this simply, easily, and fast. It makes marketing-oriented copywriters out of recruiters The Job posts created humanizes the describing of job opportunities beyond skills, duties, qualifications, and requirements.
Companies should market their opportunities by wooing their ideal candidates! Everyone wants to feel wanted for more than their education and experience. Passive job lookers especially are very attracted when their own perceived personality strengths are what a particular company indicates they find most important to success in that role. These ideal candidates self-select and get excited when they feel "themselves" (their strengths being sought) in a job post. it's impossible to resist its appeal!
Why don't companies personalize their job posts? It has been a manual process to change anything about the job descriptions held in job banks. Recruiters/ Managers just don't have the time, the copywriting skills, nor the marketing savvy to craft a post that woos! JobWriter automates doing this!
NEW BUSINESS OF FOOD
When there is significant industry "disruption", that's when business conferences really can matter! The food industry is facing unprecedented new opportunities and threats. I am open to collaboration on this.
