As an ETF Consultant with over 20 years of experience in fixed income portfolio management and trading, I help asset management firms design, launch, and grow their Active Fixed Income ETFs. I have a proven track record of developing and implementing innovative investment and operational processes, product specifications, and distribution strategies for both active and passive ETFs. I led Fidelity’s launch of Active Fixed Income ETFs and grew the franchise to $3.3B AUM, collaborating with market makers, APs, legal, compliance, and marketing teams. I also oversaw the portfolio management and trading of $100B AUM in iShares Fixed Income ETFs at BlackRock, managing legal and compliance issues and relationships with sell-side partners.
