Before retiring from FactSet in 2023, I was the President of the FactSet Charitable Foundation and Senior Vice President, Director of Global Corporate Responsibility. I held many global leadership roles at FactSet for over three decades as we grew the company from a small privately held entity to an S&P 500 public company. In my first role with FactSet I grew the Americas business as a salesperson and sales director for numerous territories. I was a member of the initial Executive Committee and Operating Committee and started many departments at FactSet, including Product Development, Learning and Talent Development, Corporate Responsibility, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Media Production. I was a leader on the integration teams for companies FactSet acquired. In addition, I managed major initiatives, including FactSet's strategic planning programs, Internal Communications, Sales Operations and Marketing, FactSet's Corporate Responsibility Reports, and the Employee Engagement survey. I particularly enjoyed managing global teams focused on client facing and internal programs as the company expanded.
Over the years I had interactions with the Board of Directors as we grew the company from a small start-up to an S&P 500 company with outstanding client service and retention and strong year over year growth. Most recently, I established the FactSet Charitable Foundation and held the title of President. After retiring, I am pleased to remain on the Foundation board as a board member.
Prior to FactSet I had experience in the financial services sector after graduating from Harvard University.
