I specialize in conflict resolution, team and board dynamics, and organizational culture. Using research-based methods and tools, I help leaders to create positive and lasting change in their teams and organizations.
I am the founder of EmC Leaders, a company that offers leadership and team training to drive performance, improve culture, and increase productivity. I have written two books, “Emotional Connection” and “The Connected Culture,” and three online courses that provide a clear roadmap to building and nurturing workplace relationships, addressing workplace conflicts, and creating positive workplace cultures.
