With 20 years of expertise in underwriting/credit risk management and a relentless commitment to credit quality assurance, I currently serve as SVP, Credit Assurance within the Risk Management Department at M&T Bank for the CRE, C&I, and Specialty portfolios. Upholding the highest standards in credit analysis and risk mitigation, my mission is to align my rigorous industry analysis competencies with the bank's strategic goals. As VP Underwriter II at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, I honed my skills in managing credit relationships for companies with revenues ranging from $50MM to $4B, including non-investment grade businesses. My responsibilities included jointly approving credit and treasury transactions, which equipped me with a robust understanding of wholesale enterprise credit for business banking and middle market companies. As a VP in the Credit Division of the Americas for MUFG's Global Commercial and Investment Bank, I covered large corporates and some FI's in the 2LOD.
