He’s was full hands-on in his former roles as EVP and Head of Planning Strategy and Chief Growth Officer at Sequoia Financial Group, a fee-only RIA started in 1991. Leon merged his firm, LJPR Financial Advisory into Sequoia at the end of 2018. Leon is now changing roles as a strategic consultant in matter of personal and business growth.
