My career has been focused as a senior index and ETF executive/board member/chair roles at MSCI, Russell, FTSE Russell and VettaFi. I’m now targeting Board and consulting roles, in the indexing, ETF and FinTech space. I can be reached at KenOKeeffe09@gmail.com In Q1 2023, I joined the VettaFi Index Committee (IC) as Chairperson. The role of the IC is to review and approve all new indexes, changes to existing indexes and index decommissions. More recently, I also became Chairperson of the VettaFi Index business to help drive strategic initiatives with mutual fund and ETF asset managers, partners, and inorganic opportunities. Over the course of my career, I have served as: * Chair, FTSE Russell Index Management Board (IMB) The IMB runs the FTSE Russell Index Business (Sales / Financial performance, business strategies, KPIs and risk reporting). As Chair I was responsible for setting the agenda, reviewing all presentations before the meetings, and running the IMB sessions. * Member, FTSE Russell Index Governance Board (IGB) The IGB is responsible for approving all new indexes, changes to existing indexes, index decommissions and changes to index advisory boards. * Member, London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) Information Services Management Team (ISMT) The ISMT was the senior leadership of the 1,000 employee LSEG Information Services Division which included indexes, analytics and data business units. * Co-Head of LSEG Information Services Division (ISD), Americas Drove ISD strategy and culture in the Americas. * Member, Russell Indexes Executive Committee Senior leadership team of Russell Index division running all aspects of the business. * President, Regent Sheffield, Americasless
