Kristen is forward-looking risk management / ERM executive whose focus is to make a difference to companies seeking to optimize risk intelligence capabilities across their organizations through enhanced process / technology / frameworks. Since her involvement in the early evolution of risk-related technologies and GRC data structures, Kristen offers a unique value to companies seeking better execution of GRC approaches, through a combination of strategic perspective, know-how in navigating effective approaches in the roll-out of GRC-related technologies, coupled with a solid grounding in audit, risk and compliance management/advisory roles. Kristen currently introduces GRC-related technologies to, and oversees the execution/ultimate value delivery for global banks, asset mgmt, insurance, other industries. One customer is a global AMA Bank's ORM program, including support for CCAR. Kristen held 2nd and 3rd line of defense positions such as Sr Mgr / Director Internal Audit (including JPMorgan) & Dir ORM for US division of EU Inv Bank, and started & led several Risk Consulting practices, delivering risk and compliance advisory to multiple BFSIs. Forward-looking activites include: Key visionary in the creation of RiskBusiness Americas (RBA), a re-introduction of RiskBusiness International (Key Risk Indicator / Risk Taxonomy & data architectures & tools provider) to the BFS industry. Established the partnership between RBA and Thompson Reuters. Launching of the first Risk Advisory Practice at UHY Advisors NY. Instrumental in the opening of Jefferson Wells NYC (currently Experis) office in 1999, branding the company and delivering GRC/Tax solutions over to over 55 financial institutions in 7 years. Kristen is an Executive Committee member of SIFMA-Internal Auditors Society and member of RMA, IIA, GARP, PRMIA, and AICPA. She speaks at association events focusing on timely topics.
