At RiverFront, I manage the firm’s fixed income assets within the global allocation portfolios and fixed income exchange traded funds. In addition to fixed income portfolio management responsibilities, I oversee domestic and international equities within portfolios that have a time horizon of less than 7 years. I get up in the morning to tackle the challenges that are presented by the global capital markets. If I am successful navigating those challenges, the payoff for me is seeing our clients reach their investment objectives. Having had broad experiences over my career, my niches include fixed income, risk management, and asset allocation.  I enjoy working with financial advisers to solve any issues that arise in these areas. I am regular guest on financial new channels CNBC, Bloomberg, TD Ameritrade, and Yahoo Finance. Additionally, I have been quoted in the financial press. I love giving back to my community through volunteering to feed the homeless and mentoring students. I serve as the President of the Virginia Commonwealth University Foundation Board and continue to volunteer with Mega Mentors, a local mentoring non-profit where I am a former board member. I also serve on the Investment Advisory Committee for the Richmond Retirement System.
