- Design concrete hydraulic structures including storage tanks, lagoons and canals considering hydro-static and hydrodynamics pressure.
- Deep ability for working with procedures and standards: AISC 360-05, AISC 341-05, AIC 318-05, IBC 2006, ASCE 7-05 and API 650-11th Edition.
- Expertise in static and dynamic (time history and spectral) analyses in elastic and plastic domain.
- Expert in seismic analysis and design of steel, concrete structures and industrial fixed equipment (e.g. tanks and pressure vessels).
- Experience in structure, fluid and interaction modeling with FEM.
- Fracture mechanics and crack analysis of various hydraulic structures.
- Structural design of reinforced concrete and steel structures.
- Design of steel and concrete storage and elevated tanks.
- Expertise in designing tall buildings under earthquake and wind load
- Experience in preparation of bid tenders and cost estimates.
- Preparing construction or purchasing packages and checking vendor’s documents.
- Preparing project progress reports and updating schedules.
- Programming skills and experience on MATLAB, Visual Basic and FORTRAN
